We use a rubberized liquid-asphalt product from SealMaster, applied at a low dilution so it holds up. Most jobs under about 7,500 square feet are brushed on by hand for an even, mattee finish, no shiny, oily spray coat that wears off in a season.

Brushing works the sealer into the surface at full strength for an even, lasting matte finish. Spraying means diluting the product up to three times as much so it flows through the equipment. It's faster and cheaper, and it shows. We brush anything we can, so you get the coat you paid for.
A lot of competitors spray oil-based products. They’re cheaper up front, but petroleum-based coatings are so chemically similar to asphalt that they actually dissolve the binding agents holding your pavement together. Leave it a few years and there’s barely any asphalt left.
Our material protects instead of erodes. Competitors often cut their produc 30 to 35 percent. We run 10 to 15. It costs us more and takes more labour, but you get a coat that lasts around four years instead of one that’s basically gone by spring.
